- The school is named after Dev Patel, who portrays Ash Rangarajan in UndercoverGleek's other fanfic, Glee: A New Journey. Ironically, Reinheart Academy for Boys is named after Haley Reinheart, who's character in the same fanfic is the love interest for Ash.
